I was thinking about unnecessary pains which could have been fine or can be better.

And I started to capture the impressions of sick people, mostly on streets.

I had to capture them in the short moment before they pass by me. But these impressions were imaginations based on my subjective memories.

I have drawn people who got bluish skin, yellowish eyes, decayed teeth, crutches, distorted body, odd behaviour.
